The Role: Event Lead

Do you love a good party but prefer being behind the scenes making the magic happen? We are looking for energetic, tech-savvy, and highly reliable individuals to join our team. As an Event Lead at The Snap Bar, you are the ambassador of fun, ensuring every guest walks away with a memory and a high-quality photo.

• What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Load equipment into your vehicle, drive to venues (barns in Versailles, ballrooms in downtown Lex, etc.), and set up our professional open-air booths, backdrops, and prop tables.

  • Once the event ends, you’ll efficiently pack up the gear and return it to our storage.

  • Solve minor tech or lighting hiccups on the fly with a "can-do" attitude.

• The Requirements:

  • Events like weddings don't have "do-overs." You must be punctual and 100% dependable.

  • A reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting equipment (backdrops, lighting, and gear cases).

  • Ability to lift and carry 50–60 lbs.

  • Consistent availability on Thursday through Sunday.

  • Professional appearance and a friendly, outgoing personality.
